CBT
is a framework of psychotherapies sharing a concern with the thoughts and feelings that are so obviously important in all psychiatric and psychological disorders and the adoptions of methods of treatment scientifically based and amenable to evaluation in scientific trials

Hypnotherapy consists in conducting either suggestive, analytical of regressive therapy in a pleasant state of trance-like deep relaxation during which one can become in touch with one’s own deeper unconscious processes

CBT has application with conditions that often cannot be treated effectively in other ways, such as:

depression
anxiety
panic attacks
phobias
OCD obsessive compulsive disorders
eating disorders such as bulimia and anorexia nervosa
somatic problems and psychosomatisation disorders
sexual and marital problems
excessive worry, generalized anxiety
social and interpersonal anxiety and phobias
sleep disorders
stress management
anger management
rigid and inflexible traits such as, for example, perfectionism
fear and management of conflict
fear of making decisions
addictions such as gambling and pornography
substances abuse
bereavement including loss of a relationship or loss of status

Our fees are £ 75 for self-paying individuals and £ 85 for insurances and institutions
per each session
