How can I know if it can work for me?
CBT is accepted by NICE (National Institute of Clinical Excellence) as the treatment of choice for a wide range of psychological issues. We, however, are able to offer a wider integrative approach with evidence-based interventions from several psychotherapeutic approaches, including hypnotherapy.
These may be considered the most effective with certain presenting problems and chosen to be most suited to the particular characteristics of the individual.
